Rookie Dana Finkelstein sits at No. 10 on the Volvik Race for the Card Money List and is focus on the LPGA and earning membership for the 2017 season.

Finkelstein with five top 10 finishes this year is keeping an eye on the money list.

“It is hard not to look at the money list at this point in the game,” said Finkelstein. “I felt this kind of round coming and I’ve felt really good about my game this whole year.”

The Chandler, Arizona native took a few moments to answer questions to give fans a chance to get to know her a little better this season on the Epson Tour.

1. Goals for the 2016 season.
To finish Top 10 on the money list so I earn my LPGA card and win a Epson Tour event.

2. How were you introduced to the game of golf?
My dad took me to the range to hit balls and I have been playing ever since.

3. Who is your golf role model/inspiration?
Annika Sorenstam and Stacy Lewis

4. What is it you love most about playing golf?
I love that it is always challenging and that you can always learn and get better.

5. What's the best piece of advice you have ever received?
Change is good and always work hard for what you want.

6. What type of course fits your game best?
Narrow and small greens.

7. What’s your favorite club in your bag? Why?
8 iron because I do all my full swing drills with that club.

8. What are your favorite hobbies outside of golf?
Working out, playing with my dog, arts and crafts, cooking, watching movies

9. What is your best travel tip?
Always have something to entertain yourself and have an extra battery pack!

10. List things fans don’t about you?

I love my dog Maizy too much!
I love Harry Potter and Minions!
I used to skateboard until I fell off in college and got hurt.
I love to watch all sports on TV especially college football and basketball.
I like to play Xbox.

11. Describe the best meal you’ve had while on the road and where you had it?
Home cooked meals at host families homes

12. What is your favorite home-cooked meal?
Crescent chicken

13. Is there anything you are addicted to or can’t live without?
Blue PowerAid and Pizza

15. What is your favorite color?
Red

16. If you could learn any language fluently, what would it be?
Chinese
