Lynch is a 2024 Epson Tour rookie and has had a unique start to her Epson Tour career. So far, the 23-year-old has only made one cut during her 2024 campaign at the IOA Championship presented by Morongo Casino Resort & Spa, but she also qualified for the 2024 U.S. Women’s Open for the first time. While at Fresno State University, Lynch finished third in the 2024 Mountain West Conference Championship, competed in The Women’s Amateur conducted by the R&A in 2022, and finished her final season with a 73.31 scoring average.

Garvey, like Lynch, has only made one cut to start her 2024 season and also competed in and made the cut in the U.S. Women’s Open last week at Lancaster Country Club. The lull in Garvey’s game is not something she is used to. In her first two seasons, she has not ended the season outside the top 40 in the Race for the Card, finishing No. 33 in 2022 and No. 36 in 2023, but the made cut in Lancaster last week, combined with her runner-up finish in the FireKeepers Casino Hotel Championship last year could be the spark the New Zealand native needs to get her season back on track.

Lindblad is making her professional debut this week after making her last amateur start at the U.S. Women’s Open a week ago. The Swede spent the last year as the No. 1 ranked amateur in the world, and during her amateur career, she won over 20 events worldwide, including the 2021 European Ladies Amateur Championship and 2022 SEC Women’s Golf Championship. The former Louisiana State University Tiger also won the 2024 Inskter Award Presented by Workday, given to the highest-ranked women’s collegiate golfer in their final year of eligibility. Lindblad received an exemption into the 2024 Portland Classic on the LPGA Tour during the first week of August to go with the award. The former No. 1 ranked player is looking to start out her professional career on the right foot this week in Battle Creek, Mich.

Fall is making only her fifth start on the Epson Tour this season, having spent the year bouncing between the LPGA Tour. In her four starts the Arizona native has made all four cuts, including two top-10 finishes in her last two starts. Fall has spent the last few seasons on the LPGA Tour but left her mark on the Epson Tour before she made starts this season. Her win at the 2017 Dream First Bank Charity Classic is her only career win, but it was instrumental in her confidence and helped her the next season in 2018, where she finished in the top 10 in the Race for the Card to earn LPGA Tour membership. Fall will look to maintain her consistent play on the Epson Tour when she tees it up on Friday afternoon.

Hung is coming off another win in her 2024 campaign, except this time it came at the 2024 Inspirato Colorado Women’s Open and with a winner’s check of $100,000. Hung’s first win came at the IOA Championship presented by Morongo Casino Resort & Spa earlier this year, and it broke the all-time Epson Tour scoring record at the time at 21-under, but it was short-lived because, at the Copper Rock Championship, Fiona Xu would shoot 22-under to break the record set by Hung. The Chinese Taipei native is in her rookie season on the Epson Tour and has had plenty of ups and downs, making four cuts this season, with her win being her lone top-10 finish. Despite the missed cuts, Hung sits No. 5 in the Race for the Card and is in firm control of a top spot this season.

Plata is playing in her first season on the Epson Tour after spending her rookie season on the LPGA Tour in 2023. In her first event with Epson, the Michigan State University alum won the Florida’s Natural Charity Classic in a playoff over Ana Belac. Since her win, the Colombian has struggled, missing the cut in her last four starts, but she is hoping to find some magic near the city she called home for four years, East Lansing.
