Just over two weeks ago, Stephanie Connelly Eiswerth played as a sponsor exemption at the Atlantic Beach Classic presented by Access Golf. Connelly Eiswerth is a local LPGA Professional at Jacksonville Country Club but spent time on the Official Qualifying Tour of the LPGA in the past, competing consistently on Tour from 2009 to 2016. In other words, she is no stranger to the professional golf world.

The 37-year-old showed her game against some of the world's best at Atlantic Beach Country Club in some difficult conditions early this season. With winds consistently reaching 30+ mph throughout the week, Connelly Eiswerth quietly went about her business, posting rounds of 75-71-69 to finish T10 for the week.

The top-10 finish earned Connelly Eiswerth a spot in the following week's event, the IOA Golf Classic presented by Aperture. The LPGA Professional had not considered playing in the event, but after shuffling some things around, she was ready to tee it up one more time.

"I hadn't even thought about it because I didn't realize as a non-member that I would get in," said Connelly Eiswerth. "Then it was kind of like, 'Well, I played well last week. It was fun. If I could make it work, I'd love to play again.' So, I moved a few things around and was excited to be able to come out and play again."

The week went smoothly for her, and she made the cut once again. However, the likelihood of another top-10 finish felt out of reach, but that didn't mean she was done making her mark on the Epson Tour's Florida Swing.

After the tournament was moved to a split tee start on Sunday due to weather, Connelly Eiswerth did something she had never done in competition as she made the turn. On the second hole at Alaqua Country Club, from 131 yards, she hit a "chippy" 8-iron that one-hopped into the hole for her first hole-in-one in competition.

"You know, the back nine, and there's a couple of birdie opportunities, but there's also some tough holes for me. And then I had just had an edge putt on No. 1 that didn't fall for birdie. Then I hit it really well on No. 2, and it just one-hopped in." explained Connelly Eiswerth after her round. "I've never had one in competition, so that was really cool."
