With just a month until the Epson Tour tees it up and celebrates its 45th anniversary, there are plenty of exciting things to look forward to. The 2025 season offers both new and elevated opportunities for athletes to test their game and prepare for a career amongst the best on the LPGA Tour. Here are a few things to know about the 2025 Epson Tour schedule:

Three New Tournament Locations Enter the Fold

When the Epson Tour announced the 2025 schedule in Dec. 2024, there were three new locations added to the slate of 2025 events. The Reliance Matrix Championship in Las Vegas, Nev., the Great Lakes Championship in Harbor Springs, Mich., and the Greater Toledo Classic hosted by Stacy Lewis in Sylvania, Ohio, will join the schedule, providing new and elevated opportunities for athletes to earn LPGA Tour Membership.

Both the Reliance Matrix Championship and Great Lakes Championship will boast $250,000 purses, while the Greater Toledo Classic hosted by Stacy Lewis will see athletes compete for $300,000. Along with the Murphy USA El Dorado Shootout, the new tournament just outside of Toledo is projected to boast the second-highest purse of the season, only sitting behind the Carlisle Arizona Women’s Golf Classic.

Carlisle Arizona Women’s Golf Classic Continues Leading the Way

In 2024, the Carlisle Arizona Women’s Golf Classic shook up the landscape of the Official Qualifying Tour of the LPGA, moving their tournament to a world-class facility in TPC Scottsdale and offering the biggest purse in Epson Tour history at $400,000.

In 2025, the Carlisle Arizona Women’s Golf Classic continues to lead the way, as the event’s purse will remain at $400,000 for its upcoming edition and the tournament will return to TPC Scottsdale’s Champions Course. With all three past champions securing status on the LPGA Tour in 2025, whatever new face winds up hoisting the trophy is sure to enjoy future success, adding more excitement to an already monumental event.

Copper Rock Championship – 5 Years

Murphy USA El Dorado Shootout – 10 Years

Three tournaments on the 2025 schedule will be hitting milestone years as official events on the Epson Tour. The Carlisle Arizona Women’s Golf Classic and Copper Rock Championship will each be celebrating their five-year anniversaries after joining the Epson Tour during the 2021 season. Both events brought exciting and new experiences to the Tour, offering larger purses and top-notch golf courses as tournament venues.

Additionally, the Murphy USA El Dorado Shootout enters double digits, with the 10th playing of the championship set to take place as the penultimate event of the season. The $300,000 purse is one of three events on the 2025 schedule to match or exceed the $300,000 mark. Mystic Creek Golf Club tests the athletes year in and year out but remains a player-favorite, boasting a decorated champions list with LPGA members Natasha Andrea Oon, Jenny Bae and Madelene Sagstrom all winning in El Dorado.

Points Refresh

The 2024 season was the first year the Epson Tour adopted a points system for the Race for the Card, as well as adding five more LPGA Tour cards to the mix. The 2025 season will follow the same model after a successful 2024 season that saw the Tour crown 20 different champions throughout the year and graduate 15 athletes to the LPGA Tour.

With all the different winners, only a handful of athletes clinched their LPGA Tour cards before heading to the Epson Tour Championship, as the season-long points system rewarded the most consistent play throughout the year.
