The Epson Tour rookie turned in rounds of 64-64-67 at the IOA Championship presented by Morongo Casino Resort & Spa to beat the record by two shots, at 21-under total, and defeated Fiona Xu by nine strokes on Sunday in Beaumont, Calif.
